Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

This Refund, Return & Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made on holdonworld.shop (the "Site"), operated by Hold On World, a trade name of Anette Erazo (Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador). Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Made-to-Order Products — No Inventory
All products sold by Hold On World are manufactured on a print-on-demand ("POD") basis by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printify, Inc. ("Printify"), and its network of independent print providers. We do not hold pre-manufactured inventory. Each item is cut, printed, and/or embroidered specifically in response to your order. This production model directly determines the cancellation, return, and refund terms described below, and is a standard and material term of your purchase.
2. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order only before it enters production. Once an order has been submitted to Printify for printing, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for reasons of change of mind, because production has already commenced and the associated cost has already been incurred. To request a cancellation, email info@holdonworld.shop with your order number as soon as possible after purchase. We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled and, if so, will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Hold On World stands fully behind the quality of every order to the same extent, and on the same terms, that our fulfillment partner Printify stands behind its production. If your item arrives:
— Damaged in transit,
— Defective in material or workmanship, or
— Misprinted (i.e., printed incorrectly relative to the design, size, or color you ordered),
you are entitled to a free reprint or a full refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you, provided that you notify us within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of delivery.
3.1 How to Report a Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Item
To submit a claim, email info@holdonworld.shop within the 30-day window above and include:
— Your order number.
— A clear description of the issue.
— Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or misprint (and, if the issue affects the design itself, a photo showing the full affected area).
You do not need to return the physical item to us in order to receive a reprint or refund for a qualifying claim. We will review your claim and respond, in the ordinary course, within five (5) business days.
4. What Is Not Covered
Consistent with the print-on-demand nature of our products and the policy of our fulfillment partner Printify, the following are not eligible for a free reprint, exchange, or refund:
— Buyer's remorse or a simple change of mind after an order has entered production.
— The customer having selected the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong design variant at checkout.
— Normal variations in print placement, embroidery texture, or fabric shading that are inherent to the print-on-demand manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.
— Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused by washing or use inconsistent with the care instructions provided with the product.
— Orders where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer at checkout.
If you are unsure about sizing, please consult the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. We are glad to answer sizing questions by email prior to purchase.
5. Exchanges
Because each item is manufactured to order and we do not carry inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges (for example, swapping a size Medium for a size Large) except where the item you received qualifies as damaged, defective, or misprinted under Section 3 above. If you would like a different size or design after receiving a non-defective item, you are welcome to place a new order at your own expense.
6. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment through the payment processor used at checkout (which may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another provider enabled through our Shopify checkout). Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the date a refund is approved for the credit to appear on your statement, as timing beyond our control depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Shipping Policy
7.1 Production and Shipping Times
Because products are made to order, please allow for a production period in addition to shipping time. Estimated production and shipping timeframes are displayed on the Site at checkout and may vary by product and by the specific Printify production partner assigned to your order. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
7.2 Shipping Destinations
At this time, Hold On World ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
7.3 Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please notify us at info@holdonworld.shop within thirty (30) calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Claims for packages lost in transit are subject to the same investigation and resolution process, and the same eligibility terms, as claims described in Section 3.
If a package is confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but you did not receive it (for example, due to theft or misdelivery), please contact us so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier; however, Hold On World is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to a correct address.
8. Consumer Rights Notice
This Policy is intended to supplement, and not to displace, any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may hold under the mandatory law of your place of residence. If a provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be limited by contract, the mandatory right shall prevail solely to the extent of the conflict.
9. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, consistent with the Privacy Policy and general Terms of Sale of Hold On World, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions described in Section 8.
